Nokia’s plans to bring a TD-SCDMA handset to the Chinese market have finally come to fruition today, with the announcement of Nokia 6788, which is obviously the company’s first TD-SCDMA phone.
Made for China Mobile, the Nokia 6788 uses Symbian S60 and has a design “inspired by traditional Chinese furniture and architecture.”
The known features of Nokia 6788 include: 2.8 inch QVGA display, 5MP autofocus camera with Led flash, and MicroSD card support.

Nokia will launch the 6788 sometime in December, for a price that is not known at the moment.
