Albatron Technology has sneaked in a new 42" optical touch monitor that will see a camera placed on the screen above the left and right segments in order to track finger movement. As for the monitor itself, it won't have any problem with the limit of touch panel size. Features of this Albatron offering include a 16:9 screen ratio, HDMI support at high-definition resolution (1,920 x 1,080), a 120Hz frame rate, USB, RS232C, DVI and D-sub and other output ports. No idea on pricing though, but it should be more expensive compared to other similar non-touchscreen models.
